General Return Information

    • Upon receiving samples, clients have 7 days to return the samples. After those 7 days have passed, the client will be invoiced to purchase the samples.
    • Samples must not have been worn (other than trying it on for size/fit).
    • To return the sample, the client can schedule a pick-up, deliver it back to our office or ship it back it us providing a tracking number.

General Returns Information

    • Customers may return new, unworn, and un-laundered items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Undergarments are non-returnable. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November and ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 15th. Customers are responsible for return shipping, except if we have made a mistake on the order (we’re not perfect, but we try!). 
    • Please note that we do not offer exchanges as a part of our wholesale program. You may return the item and re-purchase it in the correct size/color you are interested in.

How Do I Return an Item?

    • Please contact us if you'd like to return any of your items from your wholesale order.
    • Your return must be shipped within 5 days of this approval or your return credit will NOT be granted.
    • The item must not be worn, other than trying it on, and not washed. Undergarments are not returnable.
    • Refunds are usually issued within 2 business days of our receipt of the item(s).
    • Affix the unpaid shipping label on your Return Authorization to the outside of package and use your choice of carrier for return shipping.
    • If your return is due to our error, damage, defects, or is materially different, please let us know.

    • Please make note of the tracking number on your returned package to ensure successful delivery. 
    • NOTE: If we have not received your return, and you do not have a tracking number to provide to us to locate your package, we will be unable to authorize a refund.
